Jack and PM don't need to fight. They had the scratch. The world reset. So technically they don't exist anymore. Though it seems strange he would include that...

Well maybe they made it somehow? Technically THEY could still live, their powers would just be gone after the Scratch.

The scratch would make it so that they had never played the game and all the things that had happened in it would be gone.

I'm just wondering at this point how the story can even progress. They have after all just made everything not happen.

Isn't it obvious? They'll find out that LORD ENGLISH wanted them to have the Scratch and they didn't have to Scratch it and they'll be all MADDD and so we have a FINAL BOSS TIME. 8D

If something has left the universe of its origin, then it is no longer a part of its universe of origin.

And either way it can be argued that they were not native to the human universe in the first place.

Also, an IDE I saw recently that said the Scratch merely duplicated the original Genesis Frog with slight changes rather than rebooting the original helps.

Except that Acts 6 and 7 are supposed to be short. I think he's said somewhere that neither 6 nor 7 are going to be longer than Act 1 individually.

I know act 6 is short and act 7 is supposed to be all flashes or something like that. So I expect that to be like 10 updates MAX cause flashes would be hard to do. So we see now that Homestuck is drawing to its close. That must have indeed been its climax then. I wonder if we'll get an epilogue like in PS.

I want to be able to participate somehow, and I feel like this is going to go on for a while...

I feel like we could probably spend this time setting up the relationships between the human characters, I suppose? But we still need the other 3 human females. I ran out of ideas half way through gloria(though I rather like the end result- she's essentially a "farm girl" type, and she beats the shit out of things with gauntlets. And yet she's scared of her own shadow(I now feel the need to ensure that this is a thing that happens.) and as quiet as a mouse. it'll make for interesting RPing, to be sure.) so I won't be much help on that front... unless someone can furnish me with a conept to work with? It's basic concepts that give me trouble. Once I've got that I can come up with anything but a working personality and backstory in no time flat.(sucks that those are the 2 most important details, eh?)

UMMM... oh, that reminds me. I've been wondering about how (what was his name again? the one that loves MLP?) would interact with her. I feel like their interactions will be somewhat interesting. Also they will likely get allong quite well... depending on how he is played.
