Vampire: The Masquerade IC (Don't forget your hat!)

He felt his blood flowing. He honestly hated doing something like this. But he had to; to keep up group mentality and sate his curiosity. "Tell. Us. Now." He tried dominate. Not sure how well it'd work on her, but nonetheless he tried.

She winced as his influence came. A tear escaped her eye as she fought back. Turning, she got up and walked to the far side of the plane, trying to escape from view. Her nails gouged into the door as she continued to struggle. Screw bonding, she didn't trust them, and she didn't need them to trust her.

He stood and cut his influence almost instantly. He realized what he had done; stupid, STUPID Victor. "Dear come here.." He walked after her, prepared for the volley of insults and physical attacks that would come soon. He placed a hand on her shoulder and whispered for her and her alone to hear. "Amadora please, calm down.."

She looked at the small mirror sitting over the sink. It cracked promptly, as she turned to face him. "I was in early pregnancy. He didn't know it at the time, it was just as well. So, while I was feeling happy and all, one of the Toreador's had picked me out. He bit me before he realised, then tried to reverse it and such. But... I died, and so did it. Can't grow something when you're dead and it's dead can you? By then, I couldn't bear the reminder of my loss, so I killed him when he wanted to rejoin me. Satisfied?"

He stood there silent and put a hand on her own hand. He had no clue how to respond. He had often thought about actually adopting a child and raising it.. Letting it mature as a ghoul and then turning him/her when they had become eighteen. "Well.. No. I feel guilt. Not satisfaction. Listen.. We could adopt a kine. Watch how they grow and then one of us goes and.. sires them.. You know. It's not completely unheard of."

She shook her head, taking a step back towards the main compartment. "If it had been an Eleventh who had taken me, I might just have saved it. But until things calm down, I'm not taking the chance of a repeated incident." She made her way back to her seat, setting the recline so she could rest.

He followed after her and sat down next to her attempting to spark up the conversation again. "Well, dear, I'm a 7th.. And you'll be a 3rd. This child could be so, SO powerful if you want to take them into our world filled with such darkness.. We couldn't possibly lose them to death... I'm just saying it's really easy to protect them's all.. So we can have the kid you wanted.."

She curled up tighter. "It's not just the child I wanted. I wanted to go through the process myself. I'll end up further from that..." She looked out the window again as the ocean flicked by. "I don't want to talk about this now. Maybe when we're back home, but not when I need to be as strong as possible."

He looked at her and stood up, looking out the window. "We'll arrive around dawn.. Its.." He checked the horizon. "Well let's just say, EVERYONE TO THE FUCKING COFFINS!" He stood up and walked towards the back end of the plane, sliding down a ladder into the cargo hold and crawled into a coffin; he realized there were only 3 coffins. Shit. He planned for him, her and the pet.. The assamite was an add-on.

In a huff she stuffed the blanket away, joining him in the cargo hold. "Three coffins... I don't suppose you mind sharing? I'd rather that the pet doesn't with the other." She stepped down and got into the largest one, lying uncomfortably on her side but otherwise leaving room for the lid.

He slid in next to her, turning on the coffin light before pulling his lid over the both of them. He sighed, the room a bit confined and stared at her features. "You're alright in here.. With me..? I'm.. I'm sorry for bringing it up... With the child. You can relax for a night or two when we get to Athens."

Asia followed Victor into the cargo hold and eyed the coffins skeptically - though her hair concealed her expression, as always. "How long must little boxes hide? We tried, we'll have tried. For surely it will be dark, and the wood - theGOODwoodtheGOODwood - is only so thick!"

She lifted the lid of a coffin and peered inside, sniffing at the interior. A box as this is not so much a crate, great, as a slate, blank, and to think of the drink when such a piece has been drawn! Such a piece has been drawn, will be drawn. Such a wonderful breath will be drawn.

She reached for his shoulder rather awkwardly. "It's ok. I rarely get upset, so when I do it's serious and all." She relaxed herself, closing the gap between them slightly. "We can work it out later. I'll need time to brush up on my fighting anyway, I've been rather neglectful of it."

He closed his eyes, pressing his body up to hers. He had no need for warmth, he just felt.. safer being close to her. He hoped Asia would figure out about the safety of the light as he cradled Kat, swooning over her slightly. "Shh. Let us both rest now... Your fighting doesn't matter as much as you draining speed."

She closed her eyes again, trying to sleep. But dreams kept coming, dreams she didn't want to deal with. The way the Toreadors had taken the small embryo from her, with such care. Perhaps they saw art in the developing human body. No, that definitely wasn't their style...

Asia, seeing that the man and woman had taken residence in one of the coffins, decided to follow suite. She grinned at 'Tea' before slipping nimbly into the wooden casket and sliding the lid over herself.

Thus the tree sheds its leaves, for another day, for another day, for another way.

He dreamt; fair seasalt and beautiful, lapping waves in the glistening moon. His third night as a vampire fondly remembered. Sailing onward to a new world to make a new life; becoming rich and powerful in the city of New York. Eventually owning enough territory to form a small nation.. So glorious a history.

It wasn't long before she felt the drop in her stomach that indicated a landing. Waiting for the falling to cease, she held his hand gently, getting a sense of his emotions briefly before returning to sleep. Greece, Toreador territory...

He awoke by dusk; they were safe in the hangar and ready for the investigation. He breathed quietly, enjoying the silent life near his love. He had wondered what she said; about the dead child.. Worrying; the toreadors weren't eggheads as well.. Were they?

Asia, huddled in the coffin amidst the comfort of the artificial lighting, did not sleep but rather dreamt awake. She filled her head with obscure shapes, things that made less sense the more one dwelt on them, and thus flitted from thought to thought like an insect buzzing arbitrarily through an unfamiliar landscape.

Twitch had stayed up watching movies. Now that his previous playlist was done he was going to watch V for Vendetta. Then he would sleep. He would need it, by god. Soon they'd be in Athens.

He pried open the coffin. They'd need to head for the temple a.s.a.p. No doubt the ancient would still be napping or feeding. She was renowned for being overly human.. So sex was also a possible activity. He sighed. He'd have to endanger his own life.. For just ONE antediluvian to die.. Such an event would repeat more than he'd like to, sadly. He sniffed the crisp Athenian air; not quite Appenine peninsula, but still the Balkans could do with the scent being as close as it was.

She got out of the coffin carefully, straightening her jacket and breathing in the air. It was her kind of place, history of art in every breath. "Well, here we are, so where do we go from here?" She shoved her hands in her pockets and walked around for a few moments.

"Simple. We head for the Temple of Aphrodite or Athena. She'll think herself a goddess. Then we find the bitch, I can hopefully manage to stake her, or else we'll fight. She'll allow you; you're a gorgeous little toreador after all, one of her brood." He stretched out and opened up Winter's coffin before calling for twitch to head on down.

She paused for a moment to think. "Wait, but why stake her? I thought that I was meant to drain her and all?" Unless the stake is for afterwards... She tightened her lips and chose not to say more incase she just embarrassed herself further.
