| The universe is a big place. In fact, these mere, mortal words do no justice in describing how impossibly immense the outer space is. It almost feels blasphemous to discern such sheer magnitude in such insignificant, casual words. However, if we were to always convey the implausibly enormous size of the infinite universe with our sheer insignificance in this RP, then what we have here is the worst depression therapy session ever. Therefore, I shall return to easily accessible, plain-spoken language: the universe is a big place. Within this universe there are creatures, life forms, beings, whatever you want to call them. In short, they were the inhabitants of the universe. Some are big, and some are small. A notable instance of the latter would be the Earthworm, Lumbricus terrestris. In usual instances, a ‘large’ Earthworm is usually a foot, 12 inches, or approximately 3/10 of a meter. An instance of the former would be, as many species name it, the ‘Iny’uflrigjev’zikflog’, usually called by this nickname as its actual name must be spoken with 57 syllables through 9.5 mouths. The usual meal for the standard Iny’uflrigjev’zikflog consists of a mass the size of the Andromeda Galaxy^68,451. Now, despite all these differences in size, the universe is still teaming with life. However, as they evolve and change through their lives, enter civilization and begin to form societies of a sort, their patterns can be drastically different. What is considered ‘evil’ and ‘forbidden’ of one species could be one of the staples of the entire civilization of another. And that is assuming that said species is entirely united; there can be plenty of subcultures within said civilization, and countless different varieties of the species. Individualism is not exactly only for humans. Now, many smaller species seem to possess much smaller IQ (Not in terms of direct intelligence, but in terms of how much they can learn). For instance, this means that many of their ideas of physics can be quite minimal when compared to other species, which can exist in dimensions that do not belong in the former species’ understanding of science and math. This is why when a much larger being, when coming into view of these sentient-yet-puny species, is prone to shattering their sanities with just a simple movement of an appendage. Like physical like mental: larger species tend to have much broader senses, ways of thinking, etcetera, and more etcetera. However, there are just some laws to the universe that not even beings such as the Iny’uflrigjev’zikflog could pervert. Like for instance, the concepts of Healing and Harming. One could heal something, or they could harm it, or they could be apathetic and move on (which comes with varying effects). While many beings can possess different opinions on what is considered ‘healing’ or ‘harming’, somehow it could always fall into one of those two categories (unless there actually IS something along those lines outside the universe, but then again, it’s best not to think about it). Likewise, some ideals and goals that beings may strive for may usually somehow fall into a category of the obtaining of power, or of creating or destroying something. And in terms of the obtaining of these ideals and goals, there are many convoluted means in which beings would stoop to in order to fulfill them. Like, for instance, abusing various glitches in the universe. Sometimes, somewhere within the universe, there pops into reality what has generally been referred to as a ‘Nexus’. Now, the word nexus, by definition (at least, to us), is a connection and culmination of many different things or events. This fairly describes what exactly these mysterious McGuffins, these curious who-knows-what’s are, as so far, from several instances of research, they are all the culmination of something. While it almost sounds like a key to untold power, it also has its minuses. Before anyone opens the curious casing in which it is locked in (which we will return to shortly), no one really knows what exactly it is a Nexus OF. For instance, if it was a Nexus of, say, Destruction, then one can bet that there’s a good half of the Universe destroyed. Again. (Until Infinity cancels it out until it is but a mere speck, but never mind) However, many beings still consider it a risk worth taking, and go after it anyway. Now, one of the biggest problems concerning it is that curious casing I briefly mentioned back there. The Nexus is trapped within a box, and this box is armed with an eldritch security that baffles even the wisest of arcane masters. This is can be jarring because not only is it insanely difficult to open (and not even counting the fact that thousands of beings and factions will be after you if you manage to get a hold of it), but the kind of security it bears constantly changes. Just when you have sacrificed all your sanity and other resources, selling your soul to thousands of demons and devils and daemons and daevils for just hints at how to crack the thing, boom, new puzzle. Nexuses also seem to appear in any shape and size. Despite their power all being relatively the same amount of impact (which is to say, effects on a universal scale), they could appear in the focus of the Iny’uflrigjev’zikflog and the beings around its size, to about small enough to land on a planet and instead be disputed about by its inhabitants (considering that they know exactly what it is, and if no outside force knows it’s there and destroys the planet as a means to find it). It is also apparent that the Nexuses usually gain sentience. This is further proven by the fact that they are able to not only change their casing into many different puzzles and defenses, but also transform into living beings. It can be difficult to know that the being you’ve been hunting with to find the Nexus is, in fact, the Nexus. Now, as for the story at hand. A Nexus has recently appeared, and its scale is definitely outer-galactic. It so far hasn’t attracted the even larger beings, but it definitely is starting to get all the other beings around it abuzz with excitement. However, I think I’ve bored everyone away with this drabble about bigness and tentacles and orbs of pure energy. To those still here, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the ever aptly named: Nexus. Character SheetPlayer: (This is you) Name: (Name of the Character) Appearance: (Maybe a bit about their size, and some of the prominent details of their form) Bio: (Their biography. What they were and did before the appearance of the current Nexus. If any, of course) Powers/Abilities/Equipment: (Their various skills or magic or technology or whatever that they use for whatever) Other: (Other various tidbits you want to add to this character) Also, for minor factions, like a kingdom of a species or so forth, here you go: Player: Name of Faction: General Appearances: (What do a lot of them look like? How large are they?) Bio: Powers/Abilities/Equipment: Other: Rules1. Standard RP Rules. You know these. Or at least, you should. 2. GodModding, in particular, shall be screened heavily. 3. The scale of this RP shall be rather large. For your character’s size, for instance, the Milky Way Galaxy is your reference point. 4. Seeing that there are a lot of eldritch vibes here, Squick is okay here, even if it seems downright sexual at times (ie a character that seems to take hints from Shub-Niggurath or Yibb-Tstll (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Lumley_deities). So yes if you want a being that is nothing more than a giant mass of alien wing-wong, go right ahead) 5. I don’t usually enjoy the frivolous ‘put X here if you read the rules’ stuff. However, I worked rather hard on this OP, so I might as well. If you read the OP, put, in black text, Do Not Let The Doctor Eat Pears. on the bottom of your post (if it contains a sheet you want submitted). We don’t want to waste the Other section. 6. Try to stick to the set scale as much as possible. 7. For a brief addition to the lore of the RP, in order to help: at one point, there was a Nexus of Communication. Seeing that it was getting tired of all the unintelligible, eldritch babble going about it, a previous obtainer of one of a Nexus, right before ascending to a higher plane of existence and/or leaving the universe for the unknown planes outside it, decided to crush the Nexus, and scattered it across all possible (and quite a few impossible) points of the universe. While there are notable exceptions, this event seems to have done the trick and provided an easy means of communicating with other beings. It’s not perfect, of course, especially if the language was too unintelligible. 8. You’re not going to crack the casing so early. I’ll only allow it to be opened when we all get bored of this RP and move onto the next. 9. Alliances between various beings and creatures is not only allowed, but wanted. It’s a shame I couldn’t come up with any official, two-sided war that would make sense. 10. The mythos for this is not entirely thought out, allowing for ideas from others, although it is supposed to be loose and laid back anyways. 11. On the Sliding Scale of Realism Versus Fantastic, this RP is going to be bouncing up and down. For instance, say like your being has some kind of cool-looking cloth wrapped around its ‘neck’. I will allow it, but expect an occasional ‘how did X get the fabric to get that sort of thing?!’. 12. Again, GodModding is incredibly watched, but feel free to be creative. Also, I’m not going to force you, but feel free to have fun. 13. Naturally, while we’re trying to be a bit logical on some aspects, remember that this RP isn’t going to take itself the most seriously. After all, this RP will be taking many hints from Doctor Who and Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. 14. In terms of literacy, I’m not going to be too harsh, but 1 paragraph at minimum (or rather, 4 lines). 2 would also be nice, but I won’t make it the minimum. Also, while occasional slip-ups are dismissable, I don’t want to see a post riddled with spelling errors every other word.

| Character SheetsPlayer: Eruditio/Objectio/Rixio Name: Yimdrozk the Longevitable Appearance: The short of it: a little close to SCP-682, but with many more limbs and claws, and 9 heads, with the last one pointing upward. Oh, and some around it’s the base where its body ends and its heads begin. The long of it: Yimdrok is incredibly skeletal, although it is rather difficult to tell what its bones are and what its former, reptilian scales are. An ever complex, non-Euclidean bone structure makes up the main base of its ‘body’, with several skeletal limbs and claws reaching forth. Its snapping, reptilian heads make up the ‘top’ of it, with eight of them pointing in eight directions, and the ninth head pointing upward. In terms of size, it’s a bit larger than the Milky Way Galaxy. Not much larger, but if you were put a diagram of the Milky Way and Yimdrozk on a paper, with the Milky Way being 1ft, then Yimdrozk would be 1ft 1in. Bio: Yimdrozk the Longevitable is, in a way, a Lich, an expert on the subject of the arcane who seems to have immortality, at least in the form of the inability to die of natural causes (i.e. age, nutrients, etc). Its species, which seem to be almost like some kind of reptile, seems to have vanished (although, by its account, it apparently sacrificed them all to dark gods outside the universe in a bid to become a Lich). After obtaining undeath, Yimdrozk lead a life of finding ways to power itself, like cast psychic projections into various planets in a way to obtain cultists, or tirelessly searching for items of great power floating around the universe. Eventually, during its wanderings, it managed to attract the interest of its soon-to-be Stalker/Companion/Target practice dummy /friend, Qwe. Naturally, Yimdrozk dismissed the bird/eyeball thing, but it eventually grew on the Lich, so firing at it with blasts of monstrous amounts of magic eventually decreased. Eventually, after another instance of tearing through countless Solar Systems, wrecking many civilizations, and blasting the sanities of several small creatures, Qwe eventually informed Yimdrozk of having found that a Nexus had appeared. And so, like the wind within the atmosphere of a planet, the two were off. Powers/Abilities/Equipment: Fantastic knowledge of magic and other arcane attributes. Undeath usually strengths its bones to be resilient to a vast number of physical attacks, but if it were to be crushed by something absolutely giant, or managed to be battered down to shattering by enough firepower, Yimdrozk’s bones could shatter, and temporarily ‘kill’ it. However, it can piece itself back together after a while. Unfortunately for Yimdrozk, the pain is not only there after reconstruction, but it’s amplified, resulting in excruciating amounts of pain. Other: Though inaccurate, I’ll use feminine pronouns for Yimdrozk, mainly because it’s easier than constantly using the term it. Player: Eruditio/Objectio/Rixio Name: Qwe Appearance: Qwe is usually characterized as a bird, probably some kind of raven or crow, with abnormally obese shape, to the point where it’s spherical. However, it would be difficult to notice this, due its coloring being that of a Celestial Body, giving it ample camouflage when trekking around the cosmos. When apparently in a correctly standing manner facing forward, Qwe looks like a sphere (although it actually appears more pointed, more oval-like), with a slit going down its middle. Its head and feet are where we come to expect where a bird’s head and feet should be, but the wings (there are actually many small wings instead of two larger ones) run all along the slit. However, this apparently is a disguise for its real form (maybe). Within an implausibly small amount of time, near-instantaneous really, Qwe could expand the slit and basically its form, revealing a fiery, orange, feline eye. In terms of size, Qwe is actually very small when compared to others, taking up about three tenths of the Milky Way. Bio: Qwe’s backstory is a bit of an anomaly, due to his constant habit of telling falsities, but the story that he tells Yimdrozk so far remains the same. According to this adaption, he is apparently the eyeball of a being whose vast size was sanity-shattering even to some larger beings. However, it was outwitted by a group of Iny’uflrigjev’zikflog, and was severed into countless, tiny chunks. Eventually, one of its eyes, one that was not totally destroyed, gained sentience. Now, its size was not what it used to be, as disconnecting from the being and no longer gaining any nutrients caused it to shrink over the eons. However, it had an even tougher time as a giant, laser-beam firing eyeball due to the aforementioned laser-beam firing part (which is further explained in the Abilities section). So, it took its time and gathered some of the dust of space, melding it into its fibers, until it bore the form we know today. Eventually, the eye named itself: Qwe. After drifting around, bored out of its Powers/Abilities/Equipment: Due to the ever strange biology of the being from which Qwe was an eye for, the natural ‘eye’ part fires off a beam of raw energy, with properties matching that of solar radiation. Naturally, its Blackbird-like hide manages to conceal it. Speaking of the hide, due to it being made from basically space itself, it makes Qwe naturally very stealthy. Other: Much like Yimdrozk being referred to with feminine pronouns, Qwe will be referred to in masculine pronouns Player: Eruditio/Objectio/Rixio Name: Shwoosh Appearance: Shwoosh is, to put it bluntly and quickly, an Energy Being. As for specifics, it bears no solid form, but it does come in the form of a ginormous cluster of golden, almost Holy-like light (about as close to a comparison as I could find). In terms of its size, it’s about twice the size of the Milky Way, with its bands of light stretching out even further. Bio: The Vworp, the great ball of energies and colors that sits around being huge, what many consider to be the center of the universe, and one of the best strobe lights around, recently, managed to spot a duo of tiny beings, a reptilian-looking lich and what looked to be some kind of bird (maybe, it didn’t get all too good a look), seeming to sneak by it. However, what was different was that they were in possession of a Golden Chest, which, if the rumors were true, contained the Nexus. Thus, it sent out one more particle of its power, what would be known as Shwoosh, to take it from them and bring about the Next Ascension. Powers/Abilities/Equipment: As a big, burning ball of holy light, Shwoosh is prone to healing anything nearby it. However, it has the opposite effect on the undead, demonic forces, daemonic forces, and many other nasty beings, the light actually being one of the most powerful things against them. Other: I don’t think I’ll throw any gender pronouns on Shwoosh. Player: MataRahi Name: The Susurration Appearance: Spanning multiple tiers of existence, the Susurration is held together by strings in the backgrounds of reality, unperceivable movements hidden behind the curtain of perception. Its influence in the traditional universe can be recognized by its appeal to one out of the seventeen known senses, that of hearing. A human perceiving the Susurration via this method may note it as “Like sound, but not quite,” as indeed the essence of the being is transmuted by means of these queer and indescribable vibrations of already-existing particles that seem to have an existence of their own. Some notable oddities that set the Susurration apart from your average crash, bonk, hello!, or pchoooooooo are as follows: It is capable of travelling at much faster speeds than traditional sound (And even limiting the movement of its voice – a man might perceive the Susurration when inside a five-foot radius to one of its polypodically vibrous structures, but upon moving a few inches backwards would hear nothing at all). It displays vast intelligence and self-control due to its unseen mechanics. It can be destroyed and regenerated in much the same ways as a more common organism. To sum up the Susurration’s appearance, it has none. Unless you exist on the appropriate levels, (And you don’t – few do – as the Susurration is merely the visible arm of a being of inconceivable bigness) you can only hear it, and how it sounds cannot possibly be described, though it says what it chooses to say, and one human did compare the interaction to “A flock of stones indulging in the deepest contemplations while the everythings screamed their woeful silence and my own memory accosted me with its keen.” As for bigness, the Susurration’s influence occupies a volume of about eleven cubic milkywaygalaxies, though the exact size is difficult to measure for quite obvious reasons. Though the shape of its auditory manifestation is amorphous, its volume remains constant. Bio: The Susurration’s only known purpose in all of its vast existence has been to prevent catalysts of indescribable power and vastness, such as the Nexus, from falling prey to those who would seek such a thing. Perhaps it seeks to destroy the Nexus, but, lacking the ability, means to stick around as long as possible until a means of satisfactory destruction enters the traditional universe. Powers/Abilities/Equipment: The Susurration’s power resides in its ability to control those it can contact, with limits of course. Certain higher-level beings may very well be immune to the siren song of an imploring Susurration, but for many lower creatures, upon hearing the incomparable voice their independence of mind is slowly worn down until the creature is fully under the Susurration’s control. If it so wishes, however, it can focus its voices into singular areas for enhanced effect – immediately convincing the brain of a victim to shut down, or prompting feats of unusual ability by forcing the creature’s bodily functions into overdrive. Though as said before certain higher-level abominations may resist being controlled, the Susurration circumnavigates this by simply attempting to absorb the being into itself and vibrating it apart with the strength of its rage, as a sentient sound is particularly difficult to impede. Other: The Susurration is literally incapable of shutting up. If you’re inside its manifestation, you can hear it to some degree – ranging from a barely-perceptible whisper to a mind-shattering roar, depending on how the Susurration has concentrated its voice. Additionally, though it travels faster than sound, it can only be perceived where sound can – that is, where molecules exist to vibrate, and not in the depths of space. To travel between galaxies, the Susurration is forced to spread itself incredibly thin and elongate its reach, “grappling” onto the matter of its destination to swing itself across the void. And finally, the Susurration does not, not, not like being talked over. It is weak to being overpowered by traditional soundwaves (Several insane and newly-deafened men were discovered in padded rooms blasting through massive speakers incredibly loud noises, to “keep me safe from them”), though as it can spread its concentration of voices around through its tencubicmilkywaygalaxies-large form it must be pretty damn distracted elsewhere for something that isn’t larger than a planet to employ this tactic to any noticeable effect. Player: Rixio/Objectio/Eruditio Name of Faction: The Nin-Atts of Gora General Appearances: Has many different species, so physical appearances vary. However, many Nin-Atts usually appear with certain duos of colors streaked on them, be it their armor or through physical tattoos. Due to our human limitations, some of these duos we cannot comprehend, due to them being of a light frequency being either lower or greater than that we can comprehend. However, one of the more prominent duos is a set of white and red. Bio: Sometime long ago, the ethereal messages and dreams of one of the Morality God(desse)s, Gora, began to suddenly slowly crop up throughout the cosmos amongst few beings. These beings, with their longings to exact her will, began to spread their heinous messages throughout wherever possible, sometimes as graffiti, or sometimes hidden within other works they made or sold. However, in a surprising twist, this actually caught the attention of quite a few, and it soon spread even further. Naturally, after many messages began to be circulated in secret, few began to work on acting upon Gora’s will. Now, Gora’s will is a controversial one: defy the natural values and morality of your culture, and all other cultures. To us, basically it’s ‘be evil’. Naturally, they are treated as outlaws. For a good amount of the time, anyway. As they grew, it started to feel as though one could see graffiti of Gora’s sign in any possible dark alley they come across. Groups of the Nin-Atts (a word which in some ancient tongue that somehow caught on) began to roam around, exacting Gora’s will amongst all they came across. Using technology and intellect that was brought from various intellectual followers, they soon began to form vast libraries on details of every species they came across, which was stored in networks accessed by all Nin-Atts. While they may be a cult following a god(dess) of Evil, they still had one of the largest guides on the myriad of species throughout the cosmos. Their infamy/fame was quite known. However, with fame came others who wanted to out-do them, giving rise to many other factions and groups who try to match up to the Nin-Atts of Gora. Powers/Abilities/Equipment: Varies, as they aren’t exactly the most interconnected groups around, resulting in some groups of Nin-Atts being ludicrously powerful and technological, while others would still be using wooden spears or their own claws. Most of them do, however, have access to the Spelyum, a vast network of data shared in many forms be it through technology, mental links, etc. It’s publicized as a means of supporting the Nin-Atts and gaining followers. Many of the more technological groups also pass around a form of DNA-based limited time-travel. Enough articles of DNA of a species would allow a researcher to view the entire history of the species, allowing them to be documented in the Spelyum. If they can’t detect what species a target belongs to at a glance, then they most certainly can with a DNA sample. Many of the more devout groups to Gora seem to also have access to some rather strange powers, wielding some various standard dark magic, but mostly in the form of some unique substance, which shall be called Gy’onmar. Gy’onmar seems to be a colloid of sorts, acting a bit like Jello. Many a devout seem to be able to have the Gy’onmar appear spontaneously at will, usually trapping their enemies inside, which seems to share traits akin to flash-freezing. Of course, how large the Gy’onmar they can summon at will seems to depend on some unknown characteristic. Other: Nope. Player: Rixio/Objectio/Eruditio Name of Faction: Pamatyti GAH. General Appearances: Much like the Nin-Atts, they too wear a band of two colors, blue and white, along with sometimes black and blue. Bio: There once was a man (yup, that’s right, none other than a human) named Eric Donington. This guy was the president of an incredibly powerful, incredibly wealthy company. However, if there was ever two things that bugged him, they were morality, and the fact that he wasn’t the richest guy on Earth. However, as though a wish was being granted, he was granted immortality, and thrown somewhere far away from his home planet through time and space. As he eventually coped with the race he was flung onto with, he began to notice the success of the Nin-Atts of Gora. Now, Eric, being the greedy jerk that he is, decided that this would definitely be a way to make a quick buck, and eventually become the richest man in the universe. So he started up Pamatyti GAH with a group of unwitting individuals. Now, due to the advanced technology of the GAH and the whole not-having-to-submit-to-a-god(dess)-of-evil thing, along with some luck, Eric and his company’s infamy soared, even if it was, for the most part, a mimic of the Nin-Atts. Now, despite the GAH being a mimic, they still had some variances in their ways. Instead of the ‘acting out of Gora’s will’, it’s, ‘unleash your evil and depravity’, even though most of the mooks have no idea what those are. That, and while Eric focuses his forces on committing all kinds of atrocities, he still strongly focuses on thievery, with a lot of the spoils going to him. Powers/Abilities/Equipment: The Pamatyti GAH is primarily known for its technology, which can sometimes be superior to what many civilizations and empires have unleashed before. Unlike the Nin-Atts, they are much, much more closer-knit, so information and technology within the company spreads quickly. Other: Not really. Player: Rixio/Objectio/Eruditio Name of Faction: The Spawn of Novadox 5C-R4W General Appearances: Usually as thick, twisting, mangled globs of antimatter infused plasma. Bio: Novadox 5C-R4W is one of the larger Novadoxes around, with beings who seem to have a larger consciousness. Now, the Spawn begin to think of ways to end their eternal pain, and eventually decide that a Nexus, any Nexus, would do it. Thus, they escape the increased gravity of the Novadox, and set out to achieve whatever they could find. Powers/Abilities/Equipment: Due to their paradoxical existence, their natural abilities operate on odd, outer-universal means that work on an incomprehensible scale. However, we the players know that this scale operates by character importance. If it’s just random bystanders, then the effect is at its greatest. If it’s an all-out named character, then it will affect the least. As for the effects themselves, the Spawns do not so much attack so much as they just move over you. Due to them being a paradoxical, universe-defying combination of supernova remnants, plasma, and anti-matter, by simply roving over a being, usually the target is just erased instantly. However, some beings only are pained by the roving, instead of outright annihilation. Why this baffles many. Other: Not much to say. Player: Rixio/Objectio/Eruditio Name: The Tapestry Appearance: The Tapestry appears as an ever-flowing quilt, ever-changing quilt. Its dimensions are quite abstract, able to bend and twist and shape itself into several different lengths and sizes. Usually, it just comes off as a cloud of fabrics with various patterns and imagery on them. In terms of size, its usual ‘cloud form’ is roughly 6 MWGs by 1.5 MWGs by 0.5 MWGs. The imagery upon its form also seems to reflect its moods and thoughts. Other than that, not much. Bio: The Tapestry certainly is an odd being, with many conflicting backstories. Some say it was created by that mad scientist across town. Some say it was the result of a magical wish from the boy in the next apartment over. In any case, the only logical conclusion on the backstory of the Tapestry is that it’s there. Now, occasionally there are reports of various people and beings having seen the Tapestry. Sometimes the reports detail a being going absolutely insane, or leaving shaken and crying. Other reports detail someone witnessing it and feeling a sensation of safety and serenity. In every report, the Tapestry is just slowly moving along, or simply gliding through the cosmos, not harming anything, resulting many beings to deem it peaceful. There are some reports of it being attacked by multiple other beings, with the Tapestry then somehow acting aggressively. Apparently the reports would say that it would incase the beings with its fabrics, then a bright light slowly emanating through the other beings, until in a flash of light, it seems that the attackers vanish. The Tapestry seems to have a fondness for the Nexuses. Whenever it seems to sense one through whatever unforeseeable means it has of sensing, it will proceed to steadily glide towards it. It probably should be noted that whenever it does head for a Nexus, its form is adorned with imagery of grass, rolling hills, sheep eating said grass, and sometimes various people and beings eating other food, along with occasional images of eyes, question marks, and zoos. Powers/Abilities/Equipment: Its sentiency is up for debate. However, it does seem to give off feelings of calm and serenity (usually, not always). It can also travel and change its shape through whatever its strange means are. When under high-stress situations, such as being attacked by all sides, it would proceed to basically banish the nightmares, grabbing them and doing… who knows what to them. Fire seems to do well in intimidating it, but it has a high regeneration factor, with its burned fabrics being replaced rather quickly. Other: Sweet dreams. (He really hates Pears)

| Mythos
In the long and short of the Mythos, these are basically the deities/other beings far too large and/or powerful for the RP right now, who somehow bear either great significance to the story at hand, remain in the shadows of the lore but somehow are connected to various points here and there, or just sit on this page and look cool. It also details various important events, along with various phenomena that seem to occur within the cosmos of this universe. We can definitely add onto this.
The Vworp:
Deep within the universe, there is a being, a singularity, a… something, which only refers to itself as The Vworp. The Vworp, according to itself, was formerly one of the largest known Galactic Empire ever in the known universe (granted, there was most likely a lot more, and even a lot bigger Galactic Empire out there, but then again, that’s why it’s the known universe). Eventually, its government had finally conquered and maintained a firm hold on its contents: billions, upon untold billions of galaxies.
Unfortunately, this glory was about to be cut short, as some of their greatest astronomers and scientists, with the last of their sanity, informed the empire of what was to be only to be known, in order to protect their sanities, as ‘The BIGGY’, a larger, mysterious being, somewhat larger than even the faintly-researched Iny’uflrigjev’zikflogs. Knowing that doom was at hand, the Emperors and the many Royal Councils got to work.
Eventually, the Emperors decided that the only way that they could save the entire empire was to ascend past mortality. Immortals are not known to go well when in something’s stomach. So, they decided to initiate Instrumentality: pure Assimilation.
Finally, after they had gotten the bulk of the empire to submit into the Ascension, its infectious mentality affected countless other beings, and all the citizen populace of the empire were ready for their Transcendence. Even the egotistical, insufferable nobles and royals (yes even the Chancellors, whom, due to all of them being evil as per the job of Chancellor, were planning to simply rule the empire) eventually could not resist the infectious might, and submitted to the Transcendence. Then, finally, once all the minds and willpowers had submitted to the one desire of ascension, they achieved it.
And in a blinding flash of light and dark and all other forms of energy, every galaxy, every planet, every particle of life within the empire vanished. In its spot was The Vworp.
The BIGGY was surprisingly bewildered. But then again, it’s not every eon a good meal suddenly turns into colossal sphere of unknown energies and shining hues never known to mortals. However, before it could consider what else to do with the situation, some quick-thinking Iny’uflrigjev’zikflogs used their perversions of the laws of mortal physics and realities to Paradox-Slice The BIGGY into mincemeat (granted, some of it still was intact, like one or two of its eyes and so forth, but who cares?).
Now, The Vworp, being of a single mind after having transcended individuality, had one goal in mind: to truly ascend further, and become an entire plane of existence in and of itself. However, to do this, it needed to gain power on a universal scale. After hearing the whispers of the fates and learning of the power of the Nexuses, The Vworp sent out many small particles of its power, temporarily robbing them of half of their Instrumentality and giving them some sentience (although it still kept its singular consciousness in them). All this in order to bring about its ultimate goal: the Next Ascension.
The BIGGY:
Recently spotted by the famous Galactic Empire/future The Vworp, the BIGGY is a bit of an anomaly, only being known that it is, well, big. Very few things are known about The BIGGY, other than it scaring the Galactic Empire into becoming The Vworp, then being sliced and diced by a pack of Iny’uflrigjev’zikflogs. If his story is actually true (which, most likely, it isn’t), then Qwe might be one of the few non-lacerated parts of The BIGGY still floating around.
Gora A morality god(dess) of sorts with an ambiguous gender, which is of course the topic of many a great debate/heinous argument/bloody civil war. Gora represents doing the opposite of the common values and morals of a society (typically referred to as ‘good’, or at least ‘mainstream’). She is most known for her followers, the Nin-Atts.
Novadoxes
As of late, it seems some master/god of time has been getting quite cranky for some reason. As of this, (s)he began to create special paradoxes: when an enormous sun is about to collapse, cause a Supernova, then a Black Hole, the paradox would kick in, and fuse the Supernova and Black Hole together. This resulted in being a terrifying fusion. The fusion power emitted from it was great enough to spawn many a separate consciousness, which would forever rotate around the Novadox, feeling nothing but endless, horrible torture.

| Flux yes, first sheet. Tell me if there's anything you don't like.~
Player: MataRahi
Name: The Susurration
Appearance: Spanning multiple tiers of existence, the Susurration is held together by strings in the backgrounds of reality, unperceivable movements hidden behind the curtain of perception.
Unless you exist on the appropriate levels, (And you don’t – few do – as the Susurration is merely the visible arm of a being of inconceivable bigness) you can only hear it, and how it sounds cannot possibly be described, though it says what it chooses to say, and one human did compare the interaction to “A flock of stones indulging in the deepest contemplations while the everythings screamed their woeful silence and my own memory accosted me with its keen.”
As for bigness, the Susurration’s influence occupies a volume of about eleven cubic milkywaygalaxies, though the exact size is difficult to measure for quite obvious reasons.

| Love it, accepted.
Admittedly, it is rather large, but maybe Yimdrozk and Qwe are just small.
So it works through a set of mind control, huh? Sounds interesting. Yimdrozk would probably be difficult to fully control, but definitly easy to fool, probably with the Susarattion disguising its voice as some dark god whom Yim sacrificed to in order to gain power, then at some point backstab.
Perhaps it can also inspire Rage through a never-ending stream of 'Hey!'s and 'Listen!'s. /Navi

| Well that goes without saying.
Anyways, A seems to have a (frankly, very awesome) species in mind, so that will definitly help. However, Tyran is back, and seems quite eager to resume DC, so that will result in a lot of time dividing for myself.

| I was REALLY lazy when writing these. Sorry.

| For separate beings, I'd say anything is fine, but I'd rather if nothing is over 15 sq MilkyWayGalaxies. We need to set the boundaries at least somewhere. | |

| For the short explanation: yes. You really only need a semi-understanding of most parts. Seeing that this is an RP where the main characters are a bunch of giant Eldritch Abominations, seeing little explanation and/or adding in very little explanation for some parts is pretty natural. I generally made this RP as a way to loosen the boundaries that the most works set for themselves. Basically, despite there being some boundaries here and there, you can try to be as creative as possible here. | |
