One thing I feel the need to ask...how does Female to Male transgenderism work?

You are birthed with a vagina.

It would seem like adding a penis would be harder than removing one.

Being transgender isn't necessarily a matter of changing yourself biologically (although entirely possible), it's more of a matter of your identification.

As I understand they transform the clitoris into a pseudo-penis. And remember, for a woman who was a man(or whatever phrase is appropriate), they need to remove the penis, and replace it with it's inversion. Both are very involved procedures.

You know, given that my twins were given birth through C-section and after that M found it so uncomfortable she chose to just do it naturally the next two times despite this being fairly simple surgery, surgery on that level has to leave severe aches for a very long time.
