And besides, constantly stalking a human seems suspicious when you go everywhere she does, but if you work somewhere she goes often it will make more sense. One works there, and the other has an reason to go with her to check on the other or bring him lunch or some shiz.

Tempus is a medium sized dragon with sapphire blue scales and golden eyes. he is plastered all over his body with shining golden tattoos that glitter with varying degrees of light, it is as if the gear shapes are really paper thin gold attached to his skin. One know how he was born with them, they are markings of unknown origin, but he prefers to call them tattoos to seem more rebellious and cool to his friends, who believe him without question as they would not put it past him to do that to his scales. His horns and claws share the texture and color of his markings, though his wings are of a rather dull and plain patterning: that is to say, none at all.

Bestowed upon him when he was younger by his no deceased mother and father: a golden clock to be worn upon his chest, imbedded into a golden base that allows free movement of his arms and wings as though he were wearing nothing at all; it is also light enough that he sometimes forgets he is wearing it and occasionally he goes looking for it.

Personality: He may be of the wisest breed of dragons, the most patient, the
most knowledgeable, but he is rash and often rushes headlong into things that
require much more thought than he gives. He has a bad habit of being impatient,
and arguing irrational points with his elders and superiors. He is somewhat
cocky about his subspecies of dragon, being descended from the line of Great
Blue Time Dragons that sealed away the Colossus. He is extremely naive a lot of
the time, and goofs off often. In his youth he is ignorant to the ways of his
kind, though he is a quick learner and a skilled listener when he can be snapped
out of his pride. He is eager to be taught by others, even those outside his
elements; he feels like he is special for some reason, though he is simply a
normal Great Blue Time. He always has something to say, be it a cynical remark
or a personal opinion. Usually argues with the leading type of dragon but has
never thought that he could be one himself, showing his nature as a follower. he seeks to improve upon his restricted abilities and is a bit of a show-off with them, especially in front of other young dragons such as he.

Bio: Raised by no dragon in particular, Tempus is something of a loner when goofing off, though he has the nature of a follower and will obey orders to the letter if he respects those who give them. He thinks he has a 'right' to be with the elder Great Blue Time Dragons because of his lineage; though he does not realize that he shares this lineage with almost every other GBT. Often rejected by the older dragons, he lurks anyway, trying to find out about things that are simply above his head.

His parents were both respected Great Blue Times and were well informed about all on-goings, not only from their ability to sense what others are doing at a certain moment using their Time powers, but from Elders finding them necessary to keep within their circle of followers, telling them everything that happens, both on and off the battlefield as it relates to Dragonkind. One fine night, as the stars were blazing in the darkened sky, twinkling like light bounces from torches, they flew together on a joyflight intended to allow them to spend time together to rekindle their relationship, which had been failing due to the stresses of raising a rambunctious hatchling and taking care of matters at hand simultaneously. The air under their wings once more gave their relationship the rebirth they both wanted and knew it needed, but when they were attacked everything changed. No one knows exactly what killed them, though all know it must have been powerful to destroy two GBT dragons almost past being recognizable; no other blood was on the ground but that of the two victims. Tempus was too young at this time to really remember his parents, all he can recall is a warm smile, or the sweep of a tail around him as he slept; these memories come at the most inopportune times, often distracting him from important matters as he tries to find out who these dragons are that he sees in his mind's eye.

Powers: Electricity and Time. Electricity flows through his veins, and when he gets angry[which is rarely, one thing he DOES know how to do is control his temper most of the time], electric currents often run down his markings or sparks spread a few inches and dissipate wherever he steps. He is learning to summon this power at will to serve him in battle, but does not have near as much control over it as he does his Time abilities. He has a natural knack for controlling the flow of Time. He often says something insulting to someone of authority, waits for their reaction, and goes back a few seconds or minutes to say the proper response. He finds that he gets away with more like this. He can also freeze Time, though he cannot do this at will, it only seems to happen in moments of extreme anger or sadness. He will often use this extra time to screech at the sky or cry in his dwelling or something equally as undesirable for others to see, always trying to be the one that knows how to have fun and never gets hurt by anything, physically or otherwise. He knows what others are doing at all times, but has limited knowledge of his surroundings, as this is restricted to only a few dragons[or people] at a time.

I guess he is a baby compared to the other dragons. Just a young adult Patches, not quite fully matured but you get the idea.
