Given the option, a minority of people will always touch the thing marked 'do not touch'. That's just behavioral wiring. Hackers, especially, are often like this.

The idea of using this quantity as a margin of error holds some promise. (Also interesting are the limitations of majority rule in general as a form of reasoning.) But in this case, I'd be disheartened if more people had ignored a harmless poll out of blind faith. So the name is funny, yes, but also slightly ironic.

Only slightly, though. It wasn't a write-in campaign.
