The others were inactive for quite a bit.

It doesn't seem like the others have had much character -> character reaction like us because of that. So we have the just-starters... those who've played but get like, nowhere thus far..

Once Damon gets started, that may change and attention spans may turn.

But Damon is bee man. He can't really talk to people.

Maybe some kinda telepathy through a bee being in contact with the skin and releasing a certain pheromone?

Well Pandora isn't quite as physically imposing, so much in fact if I made a villain that looked more human, he'd might possibly try to rape the poor woman.

Power(s): When you speak to or near him he doesn't hear the words, but instead hears the intention behind them. In extreme cases this allows him to do things like rip a persons motivation to pieces given his high level of charisma, but generally speaking it simply allows him to hold a conversation unimpeded by any form of impedment, including language and lies. If you try to lie to him all he hears as your intention is that your intention its to hide something.
Personality: Obsessed with the concept of truth and justice, he judges(because I felt like our current "judge" character was done wrong, and I felt like this story could use a little judge dread) people based on their sins and how often they attempt to mask them. Those he finds worthy he allows to continue on their way, those he finds guilty he kills on the spot with his twin pistols. His definition of guilt or innocence is not as simple as "did you commit a crime", however, and he factors in things such as mental competence(ability to understand a crime and that it was wrong, for example) as well as remorse over the crime itself.

What he hears: He thinks I am being ridiculous.

... no, he still has the gist of what you are saying, so if you say "would you like to go get a burger?" he gets, like, 80 aspects of it, that build into the whole."I am hungry", "would you like to eat", "I feel like burgers", etc. if you lied he would know what the lie was, but the only important aspect is that it is a lie.

no, well, maybe, but I just feel like we don't have enough hero characters who actually act like heros. if nox comes back we have 2 social anarchists, 2 neutrals, and 2 villains. I want someone whose goals actually ARE protection of the innocent and upholding of just laws. He don't give 2 shits 'bout if the system is broke, he's gonna keep killing anyway.

Unfettered good is still good; and its hard to make a true law-abiding hero in a DYSTOPIAN SOCIETY in which the people are abused.

no hero is law abiding, I mean a hero who isn't afraid to kill, but at the same time isn't going to cause as much damage as the villains. I mean really, lets think about this- Nox is actively trying to stir up rebelion? really? how many innocents are going to die to bring down the government in this ONE city? thousands? maybe millions if they decide to bomb us? yeah. not exactly "hero" work. hell, I'd argue the only actual hero is Winter, and she's a pacifist.

We're not stirring up a rebellion. It's been stated time and time again it's a "new world order" of evolution.

so? same difference. thousands, if not millions, will die. This isn't a sacrafice for the greater good, this is a sacrafice for my desires. So I'm bringing in a new hero, one who will fight against you because he will see you as a hero.
