I haven't posted on the Sporum in Two Years

And that's crazy to me.
It was such a huge part of my life, and it seems as quickly as it had come, it's now gone away from my life.
I still am working on my BE rewrite, I just hope I can keep enough of the old feelings it brought to me. So far it lacks something, but I'm getting to the part with the river and when blue dies, and the stuff where joysong gets brainwashed and all that fun stuff.
That probably doesn't mean a lot to most of you, but at the same time it's nice to talk about it.

Lets talk about the sporum yeah.

I also remember your RP about the genetically modified humans, and I had the character who was super frail and weak, but could go nuclear and explode and die. SO like he woould just be dead after that.

Were any of you part of Shade's Darksol RP string? Those were fun times. C'loss kind of killed the first one though, and I'm still a little ashamed of my characters there.

I don't think I ever joined one, but I remember seeing them. I also remember shade fairly well. Its hard to forget a guy who had faked his own death to the internet.

*Creates cross with fingers at mention of C'loss* I remember a lot of the Sporum, though mainly screwing around, trollbaiting, and making characters with no real interact-ability.

That and a lot of people leaving. Like people that just disappeared one day. (Murt sticks out in my mind)

Haha, yeah, he's never going to live that down. But Shade's a really cool guy, I like him. Murt sticks out for me too, I wonder what had happened to her. She was real nice and fun to be around and had plenty of great ideas.

Balu, I mainly remember you in the Demon World thread and that's it. I don't recall our characters interacting very much but I'm sure you played out fine. I was also a fairly poor writer then.

Two big RP's that I still think about to this day from the days of the Sporum?

Werewolves vs Vampires, even though I was simply awful in that... And Luna's World of Dreams RP that I can't for the life of me remember.

I miss havenseized a little. At least I miss Seth, and the Selfstuck stuff and my trolls. Uvnees, and Silvis, and notOverlyimportant.

The name Murt sounds really familiar, but I can't remember who they were? It's a little strange, a lot of people just up and vanished some days and we never saw them again. Jesse is gone, CHOWSGC gone, it's weird. I still wonder where they are.

I would go back every once in a while, haven't for a while now, but I probably will go back sometime xP Actually, truth be told I think the reason I stopped going back was because it went down that one time and I never knew when it came back up. Yeah, those were really the good old days! But whenever I catch myself getting nostalgic I just remember that the days right now are probably the good old days to a future me... I'm just glad RPP is back! These are the good old days, too :3

We've been on RPP longer than we were on the sporum I think. Even if we've done less. Which is a little weird, and I don't have to miss it because it's still here so.

Oh gawsh, really? Man, time freakin' flies. This afternoon I had a snowball fight and realized how much I miss being a kid, along with the fact that I can still be one whenever I want. Let's all just revert to childhood together.

Well I joined the sporum pi day 2011. 3/14/2011 I remember because Spore actually had an event for it. it was like the last thing Maxis ever did because I can't remmeber anything after that. But I stop posting pretty much a week at most overlap with this forum. After havenseized was done that was it. I haven't posted since. In fact my last post on the Sporum wasn't even me, it was Hawk because she'd been banned from her own account.

I played a bunch of games on the Sporum, and am indebted to those who ran them. ChaosHarbinger and eSCSi stand out especially in my memory, affiliated with the prose-and-dice RPG and the evo game / nation RP sphere, respectively.

Within the latter, so many of us ended up running at least one of those things at one time or another. abasplores was a lovely nemesis in GrandEnder's nation RP, plus he made all those Parliament RPs that we also goofed off terribly in. (Belated and futile apologies!)

There were many failed RPGs. Shade's was relatively successful, and I enjoyed it. But World of Illida and the Arena before it was a shining beacon, and all of that.

I could write a post about all the evolution games. Well, a lot of them. Not right now, but I probably could.

The same goes for the creation clubs, which weren't even in Roleplay! How could I nearly forget? Those were a lovely help in my artistic training.

I remember getting 2nd place in a contest in the Forums. Don't think it was Pi Day though... Though that was my birthday.

I honestly couldn't distinguish people from the people on here anymore in my head. You all are so different than you were all those years ago. Especially now that I know some of you. So whether or not I was in any RP's with you Patches other than Demon World, I can't recall. But I suspect if it was, it was in one of Murt, Sakky, or Jac's RPs.

Wait, I think I do remember murt a little now. Murtagh.

Oh gawsh just thinking about how I was back then. xD Makes me wonder, though, if I won't look at myself right now the same way ten years down the line! Or even five, or even one!

So true Mata. The perception and understand of one's self changes with time like our perception and understanding of the world around us. Every second we become a new person and forget the old. Since the sporum, I have been approximately 72532800 different people (I am sure many can attest to that).

Usually it would be roommate conflicts, but it could be just about anything really.
