Yus.
Note that Pearl's forehead is drawn differently than in earlier episodes, too, such that her gem is at an angle relative to the frontal plane. As Omni mentioned.
The music is pretty sweet, yes. Makes all the dramatic scenes pitch-perfect.
Why are you guys watching them all in order, though? I, uh, might've skipped to the arc-plot episodes sometimes.
(Clinohumite, eh? Nice find, Omni.)

It's hard to tell which episodes have plot and which don't, but they're all really good. They're also not very long. It took me like 2 or 3 days of casual watching to catch up. Casuals sort of loosely used. I mean I binges but it wasn't like I was rushing.
I feel like the regenerated clothing is just a way for them to update the character designs as the quality of animation improves in a way that's not super jarring.

Pearl understands my woes watching fantasy movies.
Also, the opening thumbnail gives me Pearl evidently shredding some sweet guitar riffs - a Pearl Jam, dare I say.

SUGILITE IS SO GREAT. Her theme is also excellent. It was the first time I really noticed how great the music was in the show.

Yeah! This show is so great; I'm so glad I started watching it. And watching Steven actually making progress with his powers... I like that part a lot! Very, very cool.
