Seriously, the Doctor Destroyed the Entire Omniverse by accident once, and fixed it. He is perhaps the epitome of badass normal (his powers really aren't physical, he's pretty much a madman with a box and yet, he trounces everything he meets.)

I think it would be best to make the two transformers armies a multiversal force, comprised out of their various incarnations across the series. Which of course, primarily means Primax, Aurex, and Tyran. Though Malgus is also good.

The destroyers had better watch out. The doctor's coming for them. There may be armies of giant robots, drunken russians, literal gods, and the like on the champions side. But personally, I'd be more afraid of the madman with the box.

OK, going to do a little reading on this, and then get some sheets in. This RP looks vastly easier to follow than others I have seen, namely it being slower, but in being slower has high content. Seems win win to me.
