Description/Picture: Think of giant living things that shoot lasers at you, for instance, flying acorns with an eye, tree stumps that blast fire at you, spinning petals that fire lasers, giant trees that like to clobber you...

Their commanders are Cragalanche, Arlon the Serene, and Phosphora. These forces are led by Viridi.
Universe: Kid Icarus
Abilities/Equipment: Nature-based abilities, except some resort to lasers, energy beams, melee clobbering, etc.
History: The Forces of Nature are one of three main "Armies" with in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Lead by Viridi, this group seeks to destroy humanity believing that they have upset natural order. The army provides as another set of antagonists beside Hades's Underworld Army. However, during the Aurum chapters and towards the end of the story, the Forces of Nature help Pit instead whilst still baring a strong grudge against humans on Earth.

Description/Picture: Tribyte - A white, triangular Aurum that attacks with zig-zagging projectiles of energy.
Biota - An Aurum resembling a white Beamos from the Zelda series. It attacks with green and red orbs (that must be hit back with melee attacks.)
Aurum Fire Wyrm - The Aurum's copy of a Fire Wyrm
Aurum Specknose - The Aurum's copy of a Specknose
Aurum Skuttler - The Aurum's copy of a Skuttler
Jyok - an Aurum which is four poles bound together by an electric beam. It's only weak spot is inside it when it attacks.
Rezda - A square shaped Aurum sheild that allows only Aurum and their shots passing through. It's weak spot is it's center.
Plixo - An Aurum made from squares that can rearrange them into various shapes, such as a smiley face and the Aurum symbol.
Sio- Another one similar to Jyok that appears capable of producing miniature black holes then attacking with a laser. Mostly blue in appearance
Kolma- A large white Aurum shaped like a wheel, that fires the outermost tiles as projectiles.
Baglo-A traffic-light style Aurum which counters whenever Pit shoots it.
Nukleen - An exploding Aurum that will damage friend and foe.
Quoil- A diamond Aurum wrapped in a spring that either hops or levitates. To attack it jumps high then slams down on foes.
Aurum Monoeye - The Aurum were able to produce this basic foe when they captured some of the Underworld Troops. It is otherwise exactly like the Monoeye
Aurum Mik - Similar to above it's exactly like a normal Mick. It's mouth contains a green, square pattern.
Aurum Urgle - Based off a Forces of Nature creature, attacks similarly to a standard Urgle.
Aurum Brain - the main controller of the Aurum.
Zrink - Large slow moving Aurum shaped like hexigons. They get smaller and faster with each hit. They are more defensive than offensive.
Roz- A geen ball that flies at you to cause damage. It is indestructable. Referred to as 'Rozzer' by Palutena.
Aurum Cruiser - A giant ship-like Aurum that resembles crystals.
Aurum Generator - The energy source of the Aurum Hive. Resembles a Sun.
Universe: Kid Icarus
Abilities/Equipment: See description.
History: Created from nothing, the Aurum conquered various worlds and harvest their resources and life forms to improve themselves with each conquest. Apparently attracted to wherever destruction and corruption are found, the Aurum arrive to Pit's world by the war among the gods. The arrival of Pyrrhon holds the initial invasion force at bay while Pit fights his way in and destroys the Aurum Core. However, as the other deities and Pit fall back, Pyrrhon remains to hold off the reinforcement fleet. With the gods setting up a temporary ceasefire to deal with the invaders, Pit goes to the Aurum Hive to destroy its generator and have the entire battle station implode on itself. By that time, the Aurum have capture many of Hades's forces and created Aurum copies of them.

Abilities: Rudimentary shooting skills, best-selling writer, and can fight Taken with either his flashlight or his flashbangs. Wake is also fairly athletic, being able to sprint and dodge with relative ease.

Bio: Alan was once a bestselling author, but he encountered a writer's block in the middle of his career, turning him from a loving, devoted husband into an easily agitated, grumpy man. Frightened for his future, Alan's wife, Alice, took them on a vacation to the resort town of Bright Falls. Little did Alan nor Alice know that a dark prescence existed within Bright Falls, which required a writer to unleash it.

The Dark Prescence kidnapped Alice and forced Alan to write a book called Departure, in which everyone was taken by the Dark Prescence. However, Alan eventually escaped as the events that took place in the book began to take place in real life. After several adventures, Wake discovered that he had yet to write the book's ending, and thus, he wrote it so the Dark Prescence lost it's power.

However, in exchange, Alan became a prisoner of the Prescence, and had been seperated into two selves- one sane, the other not so much. Alan eventually managed to connect both sides of himself back together, but was still trapped by the Prescence. But he found an escape plan- he began to write a sequel to Departure...

And for the sake of this RP, let's just say that he also got bored and wrote some fanfiction too.

Well, golly gee.

The light from the rocket explosions would injure the ing actually.

Well, now I know for sure. I figured they would...

I'm not sure whether or not we should bring in the Dark Prescence since we have Wake. Could be fun, having the good guys become Taken and then fighting each other...

Also the lasguns from all the dead imperial guardsmen cuts through the ing like a hot machete through oleo. Hellguns (improved lasguns used by Stormtrooper Guardsmen), Multilasers (lots of lasguns put together), Lascannons (giant antitank laser guns) Flamers (flamethrowers) are also very effective.

The non ing or ing possessed destroyers are more resistant, but remember, an ordinary lasgun at full power hits with the force of a 30mm armour piercing shell on non-ing targets.

Hmmmm...

Additionally, a new destroyer will be introduced.

As to why Sek looks so fucked up, Chaos tends to mutate it's followers in HORRIFYING ways. And even if they aren't mutated they tend to ritualistically scar themselves.

Bio: George the Volcano is the star for several advertisements for Volvic, a wild mineral water that grabs life by the conkers. His colleague is a yellow T. rex named Tyrannosaurus Alan, who enjoys Volvic water that George produces with his handsome volcano rocks. Since he was a hole in the ground, George had always wanted to benefit the world of hydration, and shunned a life of lava spewing for that of producing tasty Volvic, for his birds do like a fruit flavor.

My further reading of Dan Abnett and Harry Turtledove novels has greatly improved my concept of how warfare works, so expect more "realistic" depictions of the long war. Also the summary needs updating, Toad I choose you!

Pika pika! Pikachu!

So I've decided to write down a transcript for a DC V music video.

To the tune of :

The video opens to the Supreme Emperor Ing opening it's one malevolent glowing eye. The light is intensely bright but dims after a while, allowing the viewer to see a horde of other ing and daemons surrounding it as it spreads out it's tentaclse.

The video cuts to John Egbert looking around the burnt city scape of Theed as drop pods crash upon the city. Explosions blossom out of several buildings and he flinches, clenching his hammer and looking on in awe and fear.

Then we see Optimus driving through a ruined village and transforming, giving a mournful look around before slowly closing his eyes.

Then we have a video of Chaos Space Marines descending upon a group of civilians in slow motion, lead by Jack Noir, a growl clearly on his face.

Following this, Sindri myr can be seen, largely covered in shadow, guiding puppets on strings of both champions and destroyers.

Then there's a little tidbit where THE CULLER is sword fighting with Prima in slow motion, both sides seemingly evenly matched.

After this, the video would transition to a group of space marines making a stand upon some walls, shooting apart a large number of ing possessed trolls.

Then there's the scene where the condesce melds with a lesser emperor ing, and rapidly begins to mutate into a more terrifying shape.

The next scene depicts Colonel Fordo helping Sylux up while people die all around them.

Immediately proceeding this would be a brief scene of ascended Samus rising from the ground, wings spread, surrounded in a nimbus of light as destroyers burn.

As the song begins to crescendo, we'd see Eliphas grabbing a globe and crushing it with his manreaper gauntlet.

Then we'd have Jack Noir dueling with Sylux in real time for about ten seconds.

Then there would be a scene where Sindri cuts the strings of his puppets to symbolize him disposing of no longer usable pawns.

A quick section would depict Captain Fordo blasting the head off of a Covenant brute while a clone trooper is shot to the ground by a Fuel Rod gun.

Then we'd fade out with Sindri laughing.

In other words, I was bored and had entirely too much time on my hands.

Nice, nice.

Except maybe it'd be a bit better with other people's characters as well. Like maybe Clockwerk, flashing in between one of the scenes and his eye lingering as the next fades in.
