Tiefling thing. Long ago a sect of humans made a deal with Asmodus or however you spell it, became devil people.

Roll of reincarnation. Roll a d10, there's a race assigned to each number, see what'cha end up as. One does not, after all, choose the skin they're born in.

Ew. Think if this character dies I'll just call it then. I really don't want to play any of the races I've seen in the book so far, haha.

Draconian, yeah. I'll play a Draconian or Kobold if either are available. Not sure how open of a GM you are to other races being played. 90% of the GMs I run into keep it strictly classic fantasy.

I most certainly am not bound by the law.

Yes, yes they should. Just as a Lawful Evil does not do evil, outside the law.

How exactly does one do evil within the limits of the law?

I think I'll stick to Unaligned for any 4e game if that's the regular outlook on alignments.
