Description/Picture: Grimlock: He almost never wears the cloak offered to him by his transformation as he finds it silly and gets singed by his jets too often.
Universe: Transformers, live action
History: Grimlock was and still is Optimus' most trusted second in command, and next to him; is the most fearsome fighter of all the autobots.

Upgraded with the equipment of the now deceased Ironhide, Que, and the arcee triplets, he has become a force to be reckoned with following the Khorne Tourney, where he really did prove his worth.

Now he has been dispatched by Optimus to secure this dimensional clash; as the Champion of Primus and bearer of the Matrix has sensed that this particular dimensional clash will set off a series of events that will culminate in utter catastrophe
Abilities: Titanically strong, and his strength is tied to his emotional state; much like the incredible hulk, the angrier he gets; the stronger he gets. Immensely durable. Self regenerative abilities. Extremely skilled fighter. Genius intellect (directed to the task of fighting however, he's not an intellectual, but he is still very smart). Tactical and Strategic master (even if his plans tend to be unsubtle.) Flight. Leadership ability. Transforms into a motherfrakking dinosaur.

Weapons:
Energon sword x2: Alchemized with a variety of other blades including Imperial Force Swords and Chainswords, there is very little that these blades wouldn't cut through. Watching Grimlock rip through a whole formation of destroyers with these swords is a sight that is both beautiful and utterly terrifying.
Ice missiles: The result of alchemizing the ice beam and the diffusion missile with his normal set of missiles; these projectiles are capable of putting large swathes of the battlefield on ice.
Tesla claws: Taking his normal claws and alchemizing them with tesla coils and imperial lightning claws; Grimlock's claws in both robot and dinosaur mode are weapons to be feared; capable of electrocuting and slicing through most anything.
Atomic fist: Taking his fists and alchemizing them with a set of hypersonic SCRAMJETs and soviet nuclear warheads; a punch from grimlock is sure to ruin most anyone's day as the fury of the atom is dumped into this one thunderclap causing haymaker.
Vulcan cannons: Taking his autocannons and alchemizing with vials of superacids and assault cannons; he can let loose a devastating swarm of corossive projectiles and pin down virtually any foe.

Added weapons from parts

Fusion cannon x2: Capable of unleashing a devastating blast powered by a black hole that can obliterate entire mountains in one shot.
Megamissile x2: As powerful as the fusion cannon, but faster firing; though it has limited ammo and the projectiles can be shot down.
Scrapmaker mk1: An enormous autocannon that's pretty much the cybertronian equivalent of an HMG. this enormous cannon is capable of pulverizing mass numbers of enemies with breathtaking ease.
Scrapmaker mk2: An large missile launcher that devastates single targets with a buckshot barrage of high powered warheads.
Rapid fire particle cannons x 3: More of an anti-light (by cybertronian standards) infantry weapon and a suppressing weapon than anything else; with enough concentrated fire, it can still be deadly to larger targets.
HMGs x4: Even weaker than the rapid fire particle cannons, the HMGs are still devastating when used properly and against squishier targets (light vehicles and infantry.)
Miniguns x4: When you really need to lay down more dakka, look no further than these weapons.

Abilities/Equipment: Little People usually have the power to communicate to each other and Mr. Tiny telepathically. Some are unable to though if they are considered unimportant or are only going to be around for a short period of time. They are also incredibly strong for their size.
History: Every soul that goes to the Lake of Souls are considered damned for eternity. However, Mr. Tiny, Evanna and several other Little People work to get souls out of the Lake. Mr. Tiny makes the Little people from the souls of the deceased and damned. He lets them step into the pool of green liquid which becomes their blood and they start to dissolve into nothingness. Mr. Tiny then sucks up the green blood and the soul into a body of a Little Person. The process is incredibly painful. Little People have grey sewn-together skin. they have big green eyes that allow sight to be green tinted. They have no nose and ears stitched underneath the skin on the sides of their heads. Their mouth is like a jagged cut and they have no eyelids so sleep with their eyes open. They are also very short. Some have no tongue and can not speak at all, while some, like Harkat, can speak.

Rue was the female tribute from District 11 who was selected to participate in the 74th Annual Hunger Games. She is described as being small and easily underestimated by other competitors. Rue died in The 74th Hunger Games at the age of 12 when Marvel thrust a spear in her stomach. She had formed an alliance with Katniss Everdeen after warning her about a nest of tracker jackers . Rue decided to trust Katniss only because of the pin she wore over her heart, the famous mockingjay pin. As a memorial of Rue's death, Katniss covered her in flowers showing to the capitol that Rue was not just a piece in the games.
Rue was the oldest child in her family. Though small, she was able to jump from tree to tree in the orchards. Her considerable agility and skill at traveling through the tree tops are probably the reason she earned a good score after the private training sessions preceding the 74th Hunger Games (later, Katniss thinks her score was much too low). This ability, and her small stature, made her able to climb the tallest trees in District 11, allowing her to see the flag signaling quitting time first and sing her four note song when work was over. This tune was picked up by the mockingjays in the area, which spread the message throughout the orchards, allowing the others to know that the day was over. Rue claimed that these mockingjays were her special friends.

Weapons/ Abilities: She does notneed to breath, making her Immune to any poisonous fumes, and giving her the inability to drowned. She is skilled in wielding with Twin-Short swords. Scathach can use just about every weapon there is and is the inventor of all the modern-day martial arts; therefore, she fights with no style at all. She is stealthy, agile, frightening, and in some instances, "alien."
Bio:
Scathach - also known as The Shadow, The Warrior Maid, the Daemon Slayer, the King Maker, or just Scatty - is a Next Generation Elder who helps Flamel and the twins after he came to her secret dojo overlooked by her one-bedroom apartment, with Josh and Sophie. She is also The Witch of Endor's granddaughter. Her other relatives we know about is her twin sister, Aoife of the Shadow, and her uncle, Prometheus. She has a brother, the only thing known about him is that he has red hair and was born before the fall of Danu Talis. Her mother is descripted as having Red eyes. In The Necromancer it is revealed that her parents inhabit a Shadowrealm modeled after Danu Talis. This makes it possible that Isis and Osiris are her parents, which would make her Sophie and Josh's sister.
Scatty is described with the appearence of a 17 year old teenager, despite the fact that she is much older. She puts her age as around two thousand years, but her sister reveals that she has been alive since the fall of Danu Talis, being one of the first Next Generation born after the fall. She has traveled through multiple Shadowrealms, and has been locked up in one by her grandmother for centuries, but eventually found the way out. She was the one who put Tuktankhamun on the throne. Her legends and deeds are often confused with Aoife's, since they are twins and look very similar. Scathach admits to being a vampire, but reveals that drinking blood is one of the lowest forms of vampirism. Instead, her clan of vampires absorb emotions, so they "can feel alive." She displays this by absorbing Sophie's extra senses of pain and fear after she was Awakened.
Scatty has trained the greatest warriors of all time and is feared even within the ranks of the Dark Elders. She relishes the chance to diplay her combat abilities; specifically with two twin shortswords that she is well proficient in.

Judging from the reactions the bill is getting I doubt it's going to go through anyway~

Even if it does pass, it won't ban just this RP, or this forum, but all of Forumotion as a whole. Still, it won't pass, so we don't need to dwindle on that affair.

Anyways, during the ever so tedious wait that is the Weekdays, us constantly biding our time for the Weekend, I may do a bit of behind the scenes work, like working on a post, or FINALLY updating the Character Lists.

Also, Erops, at one point (I think in DCV) you had a great idea: Everyone keeping charge of their own lists. Well, I think I may enact on that idea in a future DC, like II.

Also, Darkie, if you're around, I don't think I mentioned it earlier, so I will now, but I'm putting you in charge of the Warfare Ponies Arc. Because, 1, hopefully it'll keep you from feeling left out, and 2, I can't keep charge of it because I know next to nothing about MLP. I'll still help with various plot stuff and how it all fits, but it will ultimately be your Arc.

Or we could, you know, just totally abort the thing.

And I still need to write that IC PM. I'll try to get on it this weekend.

If not, how does a giant THUNDER FLOP from Murray, combined with the ludicrous speed and velocity of Cave's meddling with portals to cause the effect of having fallen for several, several *insert ludicrously large measurement of distance here, like parsecs, or lightyears*, then combined with being launched high enough into the sky so as not to lose momentum but still enough for the pink hippo to use the gravity of the Battleship Condescension to whiplash back to the ground and upon the Executioner with enough might to have knocked any other planet a couple inches out of orbit?

Just to demonstrate the might of THE MURRAY, what happens when you begin thinking with portals, and to show a good chunk of how many fucks DC doesn't give about 'rationality' and 'the laws of physics' as a whole.

Don't worry Imp; the pace is... well, we don't seem to be moving at all, actually. You have plenty of time.

Hopefully that will change; I've been working on my post, and luckily I'm making progress. Don't fully expect the villain-location revealing, though. I'll hopefully bring it in, but it may be short.

EDIT: Change in plans, actually. I'll get to describing the events of Unity Tower, but I'll be doing it in a seperate post, throwing in more details. Also, I do enjoy hiding various tidbits of ironic humor in my posts, but this next post (the Unity Tower post) will be much more comic relief than as serious as it should be.

Also, I as well did like making a constant rivalry between Clockwerk and Manfred. Of course, I didn't make a reason for WHY they hated each other. I've decided that this one will be based around a Silly Reason For War. (Considering their, ahem, 'personalities', though, it might as well be a Pretext For War)

I think I'll use Ridley as the most readily recognizable "face" of the destroyers since he embodies all they stand for, unreasoning, rapacious, cruel, and undistilled evil (to the point of making many other destroyers uncomfortable). That and he is a nice balance between powerful enough to take on any champion with an even or better than even chance of winning but not too powerful to be end game only. That and it's fun to write the psychopathic dragon.

Also his theme is awesome.
