Weapons/Abilities: Luffy owns no weapons and admits that he sucks at using anything over then his own body to fight. So instead of using a gun or sword, he depends on the powers his Devil Fruit, the Gomu Gomu no Mi, (Or the Gum-Gum Fruit). After eating the strange fruit, Luffy became a Rubber Man, this allowing him to stretch his entire body, however he wants. This allows him to grab far off objects, and punch the crap out of a far away enemy. After much training, Luffy has strengthen his body to maximize his fighting potential.

I have a new template for you all to fill out in light of the number of personal vehicles that are to some extent, characters in of themselves without being sapient. Obviously, transformers are still counted as characters. Generally speaking, if it can think for it's own and has no need for a pilot, it should be a character, if it needs someone at the helm, it's a vehicle.

Description/Picture: Picture an enormous terraced pyramid, now imagine that there are a crap ton of guns all over it, and not just on the terraces. Ranging from little pintle mounted heavy bolters, to an enormous top mounted plasma annhialator that can one shot entire armies in an apocalyptic barrage of superheated electrified death that resembles an eye engraved into the upper portion, additionally, metallic spider legs surround the base, which is mounted on enormous tank tracks.

Performance: Slow moving, slow to turn, reaches it's low top speed admirably quickly, incredibly well armoured.
Equipment: Void deflector shields (many dozens of layers), mass scale communicators, top notch command and control center, huge armoury, munitions manufactorums (it can make it's own ammo by mopping up battlefield debris), self repair systems, advanced targeters, Daemonic possession eliminates the need for conventional crews, thus all on it are soldiers, enormous barracks.
Armament: Virtually every weapon in the Chaos arsenal, ranging from little pintle mounted autoguns to the enormous plasma mega-annhialator mounted on it's top. All sides are equally well armed. Additionally, the bladed spider legs can hack apart any large combatant that tries to get close.
History: Heritor Asphodel's crowning achievement, the ultimate of his absurdly lethal woe machines. Destroyed in the battle of Verghast, upon the Daemon Prince's recruitment into the destroyers, he immediately had them rebuild it to once more terrorize enemies everywhere. Except this time, he's made it a hundred times larger.

Performance: It maintains a balance of speed and durability. Therefore, at its slowest speeds it goes through near anything like a hot knife through butter. However, at its fastest speeds, a well placed force could easily shatter the entire city. This doesn't not apply in Warp Speed/Teleportation, or Time-Traveling.
Equipment: Enhances the driver's mental powers, allowing for greater sight-beyond-sight, and the like. It's natural gravity is... odd, to say the least. One moment you're walking on ceilings, the next, you step on a spot and you go flying in the other direction, as though falling. For protection, it is nigh invulnerable against many things, though sadly it lacks a Blessing of Azathoth, meaning that a well-placed nuclear-bomb would be quite catastrophic.
Armament: No real weapons, though the a well-trained driver of it can manipulate its eldritch dimensions, allowing to make those decorative spikes on the outer walls of it not just for show. Much like the equipment, however, it gives the driver grand amounts of psychic power, allowing them to attack from the cockpit (which was also Cthulhu's main 'house' within the city.

Not like it belonged to anybody, anyway. Magolor fixed it up and took it for a spin, and he became fond of it. He cares for his ship so much, that he even thanked Kirby for fixing it after his betrayal. Some say that the ship is alive; Magolor hopes it would speak to him if he took care of it.

History: The Aero Glider (also known as the Jetsetter in North America) is a large kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. The Aero Glider resembles a Le Mans Prototype race car and the body has a similar design to the Streamliner, but has more of a rectangular shape as opposed to the Streamliner's wedge-shaped body.

The Aero Glider features a three-pointed nose with the middle point shorter and thicker. It has blue wheels, a rear fin and a single dual exhaust port in the back. It is unlocked by receiving at least a one star rank in all the 150cc Retro Cups.

The Sprinter (its rough equivalent in middle-sized vehicles) is also very similar to the Aero Glider in shape, though the Sprinter is more clearly modeled on Formula 1 race cars.

Typical Weapons and equipment;
Empathic obliterator: A weapon that when it scores a kill, proceeds to hurt everything of a similar kind and mindset to that which it just killed, so if it killed a Chaos Raptor, the rest of the Chaos Raptor's squad would fall dead, additionally it ignores armor like a power weapon and can shoot Tesla bolts, has a warscythe blade on the bottom half that can cut through anything as well as a gauss flux arc to spew out green death
Mindshackle scarabs: MIND CONTROL!
Gaze of flame: Makes those who gaze into his eyes see their greatest fear while burning inside out),
Nightmare shroud: Causes those who look at him to experience waking nightmares
Phylactery: Greatly enhances his regenerative abilities
Solar Pulse: Forces invisible units to reveal themselves and blinds and deafens those who look upon it, beings with a special vulnerability to light (Vampires, Ing) instantly die when exposed to the pulse or at least take extremely massive damage
Lightning Field: Energy field that builds up as he gets hit in melee before being released in a massive burst with no upper limit of stored energy
Veil of Darkness: Renders himself and those around him invisible at his will
Phase shifter: Shifts himself and his allies into coexistent dimension where they are invulnerable to attack and regenerate much more quickly, but at the same token cannot attack back, he himself can use it with a mere thought, allowing him to very effectively dodge attacks
Teleporter: Do I need to explain this? Also allows his allies to teleport with him
Chronometron: Time manipulation device that alters the flow of time so that to him his foes are moving as slowly as molasses on pluto while he appears to his foes to be flashstepping, also can work for his allies, and with enough energy can be used for time travel
Resurrection Orb: Brings all fallen Necrons back to activation with a massive surge of energy, can revive organics too, due to upgrades he *ahem*, acquired from Dungeon space.
Sempiternal Weave: Vastly increases his durability and resistance to harm.
Reinforced body: Increases his durability.
Mantle of doom: Further increases his durability and resistance to harm.
Death shroud: Increases his speed and resistance to ranged attacks.
Death grip: Increases the damage he deals and his durability.
Eyes of Death: Allows him to see the invisible and increases his durability
Heart of Darkness: Further increases his regeneration rate.
Baba-yar containers: Best described as bags made out of midnight, these function as portals to Trazyn's storage dimension, where legions of servitors await to organize and sort his latest "findings".

While the Necrons, whether Loyal to the Silent King of the C'tan, hate Chaos out of principal, Trazyn is really in it for the loot so to speak. A dimensional clash is an exciting opportunity to brazenly steal acquire the hardest to get artifacts in the omniverse, and the Omniverse has not seen a crossdimensional event on the scale of the Chaos Tourney since the wars of the incarnates.

Already he has "liberated" a great many artifacts. He "acquired" Dimentio's stolen Black King's scepter before it could be shattered by the Champions, he encased a echo of Dark Samus in null time, he was "gifted" with the body at the heart of the Pretender shell of Thunderwing, he's taken Jack Noir's knocked out teeth, the body of Ridley, He "borrowed" Samus Aran's corpse from the site of Quaralrus' ritual, he's taken the broken remains of Mothra's egg following the hatching of her offspring, he's acquired the sword of Bro, he's gotten his hands on deadpool's Darksaber which he himself took from general grievous, and he's stolen Metroplex's severed head.

Prior to the dimensional clash he's taken the one true copy of the Necronomicon, stolen a copy of the Imperial Liber Daemonicum, he is one of the only beings to have ever stolen from a Chaos God, having taken Tzeentch's staff of all spells as part of a plan to weaken Chaos as Tzeentch was then the master of the warp and the most powerful being in the Omniverse, he's absconded with the homeworld of the Chozo, he has one incarnation of Sauron's one ring, he's "acquired" Lord English's first peg leg, he has a Phazon Leviathan in his collection, he has a version of Lil' Cal.

More items in his collection include a Dark matter from the Kirby Metaverse, One hundred fifty Power Stars, pokemon of every species just so he could say "I have caught them all", the Ruby Rod of Asmodeus' aspect, the Hand and Eye of Vecna, the Emperor of Mankind's crown, the cross upon which Our (as in us) universe's incarnation of Jesus was crucified, the drachmae placed on the eyes of Alexander the great, a second master bolt Zeus crafted to further his own power, the sword Excalibur, the spear of Longinius, the Holy Grail, the first Warhammer of Zillyhoo, and he frequently pops into Paradox Space to steal pumpkins to keep himself in practice.

He has acquired an entire catachan imperial guard regiment and shrunken them down into miniatures, he's walked off with an Imperial Titan, he has the original copy of the Codex astartes, the World Spirit of an Eldar exodite maiden world, he has taken one of the missing primarchs and encased them in a null time field, he has twenty entire Paradox Space SBURB sessions shrunken down and put in a bottle, he has a miniature copy of each of the Great Suns, he keeps a heavily sedated incarnation of Doc Scratch in his collection, after having barged into his apartment and placed a mindschakle scarab onto him.

He took the body of famed explorer George Mallory, he keeps the very first ever bottle of English Style champagne in his cellar, he keeps several C'tan shards as "pets", he has the sword of a Daemon Prince his forces defeated which he had mind controlled cultists trap said daemon into, He keeps the ashes of Joan of Arc in an Urn, he's taken the original Mona Lisa and replaced it with a perfectly replicated fake, moments before Leonardo Da Vinci could die, Trazyn transmatted him into his storage dimension and replaced him with a clone and stuffed Da Vinci with juvenant drugs to serve as a curiosity in his collection.

He keeps the perfectly preserved head of Sebastian Thor, the man who has brought the Imperium of Man's religion into it's present day form, he maintains a collection of TARDISes taken from the Time Lords and has converted about a dozen Time Lords with the anti-warp Pariah gene into Necron Pariahs to serve as an elite guard, every time a Link dies, he takes the master sword and shield and then places them elsewhere in Hyrule to troll future links.

He has John Egbert's desktop computer, his sprite medallion, and all of his lost cosbytops, he keeps a collection of countless left socks and Homework assignments from across the Omniverse sometimes even being polite enough to leave a note saying "Thank you for your donation to my Collection- Sincerely, Phaeron Trazyn." Written in immaculate handwriting perfectly in the former owner's native language. He has borrowed and never returned one of the flutes used by Azathoth's court to keep him asleep. He "adopts" James Bond's many illegitimate children and biotransfers their essences into Lychguard and Triarch Praetorian bodies to serve as body guards.

He took our incarnation of Earth's former second sun, Nemesis; a Red Dwarf that orbited at the edge of the Sun's gravitational influence, and left a small post-it note floating in space thanking humanity for their kind donation. He has captured and shrunken down an entire Dimensional Clash tourney and placed them in a unbreakable snowglobe he carries around. When Chaos Tourney John wasn't looking for the span of five seconds, he suddenly appeared and took the Magnificence off the champion's hands, ending a long game of cat and mouse between the two.

He broke into the SCP foundation's primaris base and took off with SCP-01 and left one of his trademark post-it notes, taking the time to wave to a Camera that caught footage of him as he walked off with the priceless artifact, he keeps the original Omnitrix in his collection of "interesting watches", while the Adeptus Custodes wasn't looking, he "liberated" the Emperor's personal force sword. He has an incarnation of the Matrix of leadership that he "borrowed" from an incarnation of Optimus Prime.

He has an entire universe taken from the Marvel Metaverse shrunken down and put in a display case with the message "Do not tap on glass" written in large friendly letters. He appeared before a culture mind and "borrowed" it and the entire orbital ring it was on. He was "loaned" the Doctor's old sonic screwdriver which he has since repaired. He "found" the remains of the Dalek crucible and rebuilt it into full working order. He has "discovered" the body of Lord Straxus and has repaired it and put it in a nice exhibit.

And this is but a tiny fraction of the many oddities he has "come across" in his many years, having built the largest and probably the oddest collection in the omniverse. And it would be terribly inconvenient if the Destroyers made it impossible for him to collect anymore. So he has decided to fully throw his weight behind the Coalition, while robbing them blind behind their backs and "acquiring" countless destroyer artifacts. He has thus been dubbed by some as the "Anti-Santa Claus" a title that amuses the Necron greatly.

Also, I don't think I need to warn you of this, as I'm sure you're pretty knowledgeable already, but be weary when treading into the topic of our metaverse, and even further, the topic of religion. A few wrong words can really set a person off...
