| Name: Vincent Cross
Species: Human
Gender: Male
Description/Picture: Vincent stands at about 6' 3 and has a somewhat muscular build him being a highly trained soldier. Vincent has short black hair and green eyes and generally wears his regular uniform when isn't wearing his combat suit for missions.
Homeworld: Alteria: It is essentially a jungle planet with a rather large array of life and with only a few oceans on it's surface. This range of life is even what helped teach Vincent his marksmanship from hunting the various creatures, though this can turn out to be a very dangerous activity. There is actually an alien sentient species that have come from this planet. The Pysgod as they are called are dolphin like in look and up til their meeting of humanity were relatively primitive.
Former Military Wing: CED Marines
Expertise: Vincent is pretty much a general combat specialist being skilled with a large assortment of weapons as well as being proficient in hand to hand techniques. What he is best at however is marksmanship and he brings his own custom sniper rifle into most combat situations.
Personality: (Completely optional)
Bio:Vincent Cross was born on and has spent most of his life on the planet of Alteria. Growing up Vincent was always wandering off into the jungles of the planet and has almost gotten himself killed doing it many times. His friends and family have essentially put it down to him being extraordinarily lucky while Vincent likes to think he's just good at handling dangerous situations. Once Vincent got older he started to hunt some of the larger animals through a variety of means. Vincent's natural curiosity also lead him into exploring and learning about the aquatic sentients they share the planet with. Do to his time with them he's a fairly decent swimmer and while it's not physically possible for him to use there main language he has learned one developed to allow humans and Pysgod to communicate predominantly using whistles. This was Vincent's life up til when he turned sixteen when desiring to learn more about the universe around him he sought out a way off the planet. While some might think leaping straight to joining the space marines as an idiotic if effective way to learn of the world. Vincent spent the next four training within the marines becoming a sniper within the force. The next two years were far less peaceful for Vincent as his unit was sent to Africa. While Vincent didn't enjoy the killing of fellow humans he was still rather good at it. Becoming a part of the IDO holds a lot of appeal to Vincent as not only does it get him away from Africa but sounds far more like he'd get to see more of the universe in it.

| I'm still thinking about a character, actually, although I have a few ideas. I'm actually waiting to see some other sheets, though, before starting my own. | |

| Edit: Replaced
Name: Lauren Winter
Species: Human
Gender: Female
Description/Picture: The first thing that someone, knowing her origins, might find unusual is her figure; she doesn’t have an obviously sturdy, independent figure typical to early wave colonists. Lauren has a slender yet toned figure, slightly broader shoulders than usual which give her a faint air of strength. She has short, messy fiery hair, which when caught in the right light looks like it is made of strands of actual fire, that sits just above her shoulders and contrasts with her keen, green eyes. Her skin is slightly paler than normal and her face always seems to have a faint, rosy blush starting to bloom up in her cheeks. She’s also, unfortunately for her, lactose intolerant though she appears to have begun to develop it at an early age it didn’t become full blown until she was an adult.
Home world: Sordai: A rocky, cold planet in the outer-rim of the human/CED sphere of influence, like most rim worlds it only possesses a couple of small colonies where hardy inhabitants barely scratch a living and only have input from the rest of civilisation every few months when a CED freighter arrives to drop of supplies, collect the meagre taxes and anyone wishing to escape. The place, being tidally locked with a small, dim star is permanently cold, windy and shrouded in thick snow clouds which cast the planet in a permanent snow cloud, made worse by the rock planet in between it and the star which orbits at pretty much the same speed.
Former Military Wing: CED Navy
Expertise: Mechanics and Engineering, particularly when on the go.
Personality: I may come back to add to this.
Bio: Lauren was born and grew up with her small, tight-knit family in the frontier colony of Twilight Ridge on Sordai where she was part of the Second Wave of colonists, one of the first children to be born in Twilight Ridge. While she grew up at home in the harsh land of Sordai when she was nearing the end of her childhood and soon reaching the end of the time she could enlist for what Earth Children could call High School and other forms of higher education, she moved off world to the equivalent of a boarding school at the Sector Capital. It was here she showed off her interest and aptitude for Mechanics and Engineering, regardless of the specific field, and managed to obtain the CED Engineering Scholarship which funded her through her Higher Education and provided additional Training. This came as a surprise to many since it was apparently exceptionally unusual for a girl/woman to obtain the prestigious CED Engineering Scholarship which went to the top 10% in the CED Territories. Lauren finished her education and went on to get a job with the CED Navy as a port engineer to work on ships and equipment. She then was transferred to an actual vessel while it was on patrol. After her experience of life on board a CED Vessel she stayed on ships, switching around vessels and only getting another job in a space-dock once.

| Please, your character is a bit to much, do tone it down slightly. I said they were specialists, not gods. | |

| Say, what kind of character do we need? I like playing heavies since I'm not too comfortable with fancy technologies and whatnot, but if we have one of them I don't want to... Yeah... | |

| Well, my character from last time was essentially a tank intended to take a bunch of damage so the rest of the team wouldn't have to, so make of that what you will. Worst case, take another concept and add techy words to it. | |

| Isgar is sort of the heavy guy, and sort of the commander. You could pick truly heavy weapons, like a portable railgun. | |

Well, I'll see what I can do. I doubt I'll get it done today, though...

| You know, we could probably use a medic. Not that I'm changing what I'm doing, mind you, just that we might need one.
Railguns are fine and dandy, and large, but any chance we small arms users could get coilgun pistols? They're small, and less deadly, but still pack zee punch.

| Well, I believe in you Ji! You may be the only one.
Also, can I please ask you all to add into your bios what exactly your character did to get noticed? After all, they didn't just get noticed for being good at the firing range, they had to do something pretty damned noticeable.

| "You may fire when ready captain." *Guy pushes lever* *A character sheet is fired from the Deathstar, and it is this one.*
Name: Jekin Kesa Species: Savarian Gender: Male Age: 12 (Making him roughly equal to 21 years old) Description/Picture: Jekin stands at little over 2’ 9, a fairly average height for his kind. He obviously wouldn’t weigh too much, and his military training has kept him fairly fit in most respects. His actual appearance, is that of a small furred animal, standing on it’s hind legs. His face is sort of like a cats, poking out only so far, with forward facing yellowish eyes, and sharp teeth inside his jaws. He has large, jutting ears from the side of his head, that are broad and wide, vaguely like an elephant’s, and entirely covered with the same fur as his body, sans the region going inside. These ears afford him a much better range of hearing, both distance, volume, and frequency, than a human, which required some coping with modern life. He actually does have “hair”, a thicker set of lightish grey fur on top of his head, which at least seems to appear to be, hair. His arms are roughly proportional to a human’s, were a human his size, though they appear to be a bit lanky and thin. His hands have only four digits, thumb included, and the tips of his fingers are topped with small claws, while the palm has pads, at the ends of each finger, and in the middle, this same pattern repeats on his feet. His legs are digitigrades, of course, and function just as well on all fours, or upright. He also has a long, fairly thick, muscular, tapering tail, which is entirely pensile, that he can, and does, use to manipulate objects. It’s much stronger than his arms, and he prefers to use it over his hands when such an action is possible. His fur has stripes and small markings symmetrically placed, much like a tigers, though far sparser. His middle to lower legs and feat, as well as mid forearm to hand, are entirely lightish grey. As it is currently winter (I asked Jac, he told me it was.) on Earth, Jekin’s fur is white, and his stripes and assorted markings a lightish grey, while during the summer, he would be tan, with brown markings (and hair). As an aside, just under his hair, on his forehead, Jekin has a small marking that forms the outline of a heart, dead center on his face. He does his best to cover this up, reveal it for hilarity. Homeworld: Earth Former Military Wing: CED Army Expertise: Jekin's skills lie in his skills in repair and construction of assorted mechanical and electrical systems, as well as his proficiency with computer infiltration. Jekin has also displayed minor leadership capabilities. Personality: (Completely optional) Bio: Jekin considers himself lucky enough to be born an American, a first generation American, in fact, his family is from their ancestral homeworld, Savari. Growing up faster than most people around him, Jekin had little time to put a friendship together, considering the rate he had to learn and prepare compared to his mostly human peers. He found that he loved being from Earth, despite the innate hardships he had dealing with a world intended for the far taller, and longer lived humans. He, characteristic of his species, showed quick learning, and well into his 9th year of life, Jekin was already getting close to having to consider his future. At the age of 10, he opted to take a quick 2 year technical degree, Jekin gained a quick and sturdy understanding of electrical and computer systems. Eager to put his new found skills to the test, and to serve the country and well, planet, he’d grown up on, he joined the CED Army, doing support work out in the field, helping to quickly erect fortifications and other support roles. He’d engaged in but one major skirmish in his short service, where an impressive terrorist force attempted to destroy the field base he’d been stationed at. His valiant service in this skirmish, during which he set up emergency fortifications, and came up with the battle plan that let the entire stationed force come out with only a few injured and no fatalities, earned him a fair enough acclaim in his field to be considered for joining the IDO.

| I'm about half done. As far as bio goes, this character is looking a lot like the last one. Probably ended up as high-level team equipment because of bureaucratic lobbying. | |

| Mayhaps budget cuts have sent it to the front lines before they could do more controlled assignments with smaller, less elite demanding teams. | |
